One Heart

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. As it is written: "He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor; his righteousness endures forever." 2 Corinthians 9:6-9

The spirit of giving is truly at work in the New Hope family. Our Mission Ministry has grown over the years to become a primary focus and strength of our congregation. Our members give abundantly their monetary gifts, as well as contributions of time, talents, energy and compassion. With these gifts we are able to reach out to our local community, and to others in need on a national and international level. We strive to incorporate mission into all areas of our church life, such as Christian Education, Fellowship and Worship, stressing that the smallest of gifts, when given in the spirit of Christian love, can be the greatest gift to both the giver and recipient. And that when multiplied by the generosity of each of our members, can become abundant in proportion.
